LaTonya Darden was born in Chicago, raised in Elkhart, Indiana and then moved back to Chicago the end of her jr year of high school. She has always had her own fashion sense and never followed fashion trends. Growing and experimenting with her own edgy fashion, LaTonya longed for her own boutique on the infamous Mag Mile! Shoes has always been her first love.. but realizing that she had the knack for sewing totes she decided to try her hand at handbag designing. December 2016 is when BagsByElle was born. Since then she has added unique eclectic clothing and accessories to her repertoire!
